Founded in 2006 as SoundSpeed Computer Consulting, Gregory Madore wanted to change the way tech support is done. After spending many years performing tech support functions in both the higher education and the burgeoning retail technology world, he decided he wanted to try for something a bit more unstructured…

Greg decided that the commonly accepted answer for too many technology questions was to buy something new or to use some high priced software…not to upgrade what you have or to try something different that might work better. While there are times that upgrading is essential, in the world of retail technology, the pace at which the industry evolves often makes it far too convenient to recommend this option and to convince users that they need the best and the brightest, when they really only need a simple repair or a cost effective upgrade. Tech90 is here to try and change that.

As mentioned, Tech90 is not affiliated in any way with any OEM manufacturers of hardware or software. As a result, Tech90 makes recommendations that are based on experience rather than resale contracts. In addition, because of the fact that we exist solely as a customer service provider, we can schedule services usually for the same day you are having a problem and often times can resolve your issue almost immediately once we receive your request.
